New Members always welcome

Inishowen Rugby club welcomes all new members.

If you live in the Inishowen area and are interested in the playing or promotion of rugby you will be made very welcome.

We have under age teams from U8 to U18.

Adult members who are interested in playing rugby or if you just like watching rugby – Get involved now!

Adult training takes place from September until April at Moss Road or at the Community School pitch.

Training for Minis (U8 – U12) is normally on a Wednesday evening ay 6.30pm

Training for Youth (U14 – U18) is normally on Wednesday evening at 7.30pm

Adult training is normally held on Thursday evening at 7.30pm
